Piling Equipment Delivery
To minimise impacts on surrounding traffic conditions, the remaining large equipment to facilitate the next phase of construction works will be delivered to site between 4:30am and 5:30am on Monday, September 7, and Tuesday, September 8, in accordance with approved Brisbane City Council permits.
Piling Works Commencement Reminder
From Monday, September 7, piling works will commence and are expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete, weather permitting.
Due to the nature of these works, which involves specialised equipment installing deep structural foundations around the site’s perimeter, there will be periods of unavoidable elevated noise levels.
Heavy vehicles will access and depart the site via Montague Road, and works will be undertaken during standard construction hours, Monday to Saturday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
Traffic management measures will remain in place to support safe road users and pedestrians, and environmental monitoring, including routine air quality monitoring, will continue in accordance with the project's approved management plans.
We acknowledge this phase may cause some disruption and appreciate the community's patience and understanding as construction progresses.
