Please find following the latest construction progress update for Madeline by Mosaic at 22 Mary Avenue, Broadbeach.
Mosaic Construction continues to advance Madeline's tower, with the jump form expected to reach Level 9 by month's end, weather permitting.
Site activity will continue within approved standard hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Deliveries and construction-related vehicle movements will occur throughout this period, with all access managed in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan.
Traffic controllers will remain on-site as required to safeguard the community's vehicle and pedestrian movements.
