Please find below the latest construction update for Sophia by Mosaic at 1357 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach, including details of upcoming works that may affect you.
With excavation works now complete, Mosaic Construction will focus on shaping the two basement levels over the coming weeks. This stage includes completing major concrete pours, installing pre-cast slabs and finalising retaining structures within the basements.
Concrete pours of this scale must be completed in one continuous sequence to ensure the long‑term strength and integrity of the foundation. We appreciate your understanding should any short‑term disruption occur while this essential work is underway.
Weather permitting, Sophia remains on track to reach ground floor by month’s end.
To safely support the upcoming concrete pours, traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists while trucks and machinery move to and from the site during standard operating hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
