Please find following the latest construction progress updates for Madeline by Mosaic at 22 Mary Avenue, Broadbeach, including details of upcoming works that may affect you.
Following a brief delay due to wet weather, pile trimming is now scheduled to commence on Friday, November 7, with works expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
This work involves the use of jackhammers, so elevated noise levels may be experienced during this period.
Once capping beams are installed to support the structure, bulk excavation is expected to commence in late November.
As Madeline’s design features a shallow basement and podium-style parking, this phase is anticipated to be completed by mid-January 2026.
We’ll provide a further update closer to the commencement of excavation works so you know what to expect.
Trucks and heavy machinery will continue to move to and from site in line with our approved traffic management plan, with traffic controllers in place to ensure the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists.
Standard site hours remain 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
