Please find following the latest construction progress update for Isabel by Mosaic at 96 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads, including any works that might impact you.
The tower has now reached Level 16—just two levels short of structural top-out—as internal works continue to progress up the building.
Weather permitting, we’re on track to achieve full structural top-out by mid-January 2026.
As in previous months, occasional partial road closures will still be required during standard site hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday, under permits approved by the City of Gold Coast.
Trucks and heavy machinery will also continue to access the site, with hold-and-release traffic control in place to manage movements safely.
