Please find below the latest construction progress update for Lily by Mosaic at 4 Rosewood Ave, including any works that might impact you.
Lily remains firmly on track for completion in December. We greatly appreciate your ongoing patience and support in this final stage of the construction program.
Throughout November, abseilers will complete a washing down of the building exterior, while ground-level landscaping will be established to restore and enhance the streetscape.
To facilitate the remaining deliveries, traffic control will remain in place from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday, to ensure the safety of all road users. Access to residential properties will be maintained at all times under the guidance of traffic controllers.
