Please find below the latest construction progress update for Lily by Mosaic at 4 Rosewood Ave, including any works that might impact you.
Lily by Mosaic has officially reached structural top-out — a major construction milestone and clear marker of progress as we look ahead to targeted completion in December this year.
As in previous months, trucks and heavy machinery will continue to move to and from site in line with our approved Traffic Management Plan, which remains available for viewing upon request
Traffic control will operate during site hours—6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday—to ensure the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists.

If you are a Body Corporate or Building Manager in Rosewood Avenue, Broadbeach area, we kindly ask that you please pass this information on to your building's occupants.
