Please find following the latest construction progress update for The Manning by Mosaic at 33 Railway Terrace, Milton, including any works that might impact you.
With The Manning’s mid-year completion in sight, our team has arranged for the removal of the tower crane to support the final stages of works.
To ensure the community's safety during this process, a full road closure will be in effect from 2:00am on Saturday, June 21, through to 5:00pm on Sunday, June 22, weather permitting.
We are highly conscious that construction activities may be disruptive and appreciate that these times are outside our standard site hours. However, this is to ensure the removal is completed in a safe and timely manner, avoiding any prolonged impact on the community.
Rest assured, Mosaic Construction has obtained all relevant permits, including out-of-hours approvals, for this activity. These are available for viewing on request.
Traffic control measures will be in place throughout this period to safely redirect motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists and facilitate the movement of large vehicles to and from the site.
Access to residential properties will be maintained at all times under the guidance of traffic controllers.
