Dear Valued Stakeholder,
I hope this finds you well.
Please find following the latest construction progress update for The Manning by Mosaic at 33 Railway Terrace, Milton, including any works that might impact you.
As we approach the completion of The Manning mid-year, Mosaic Construction will continue removing the final scaffold elements, with intermittent road closures required to ensure safety and efficiency.
To enable a scheduled concrete pour and the removal of the entry gantry, a full road closure will be in effect on Monday, June 2, Wednesday, June 4, and Thursday, June 5, from 6:30am to 5:00pm. These works are being carefully managed to maintain a safe environment for road users.
Additionally, subject to favourable weather conditions, the removal of The Manning’s tower crane is targeted for the end of the month—another key milestone in the project’s delivery.
Rest assured, we will reach out closer to the works with more information.
Please note that these closures are approved by Brisbane City Council within our current permits, which are available for viewing on request.
Traffic control will continue to be in place to guide motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists around these works. Residents will maintain access to their properties during the above times, facilitated by traffic control.
