We hope this finds you well.

 

Please find following the latest construction progress updates for our site at 73-83 Linton Street, Kangaroo Point, including any works that might impact you.

 

Mosaic Construction will commence preliminary on-site works from Monday, May 19.

 

This initial phase will focus on removing topsoil and is anticipated to take approximately three weeks, weather permitting. 

 

Piling works are scheduled to follow in the second week of June.

 

Due to the site's naturally rocky ground conditions, these early stages of construction—piling and excavation—will generate higher levels of noise.

 

However, because the project features a podium car park rather than a basement, the excavation period will be significantly shorter than a typical basement excavation.

 

While some disruption is unavoidable, we are committed to minimising impacts wherever possible.

 

Site works will take place between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday. Truck movements to and from the site will follow our approved Traffic Management Plan, which is available for viewing on request.

  

Traffic control will be in place to assist motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists safely around the area during this time.
