Please find following the latest construction progress update for The Manning by Mosaic at 33 Railway Terrace, Milton, including any works that might impact you.
As we move into the next phase of construction, please be aware of two upcoming periods of full road and footpath closures in front of 33 Railway Terrace:

Monday, March 31, to Friday, April 4 - 6:30am to 4:30pm daily

Monday, April 7, to Friday, April 11 - 6:30am to 4:30pm daily
These closures are necessary to ensure the community’s safety as we work to complete key construction activities, including front façade works utilising the boom lift, support scaffold removal, and carry out concrete pours to the pool amenity.
We are working to minimise disruptions; however, additional intermittent closures may be required throughout April.
Please note that these closures are approved by Brisbane City Council within our current permits, which are available for viewing on request.
Traffic control will be in place to guide motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists around these works.
Residents will maintain access to their properties during the above times, facilitated by traffic control.

In the meantime, trucks will continue to move to and from the site throughout April in accordance with our approved Traffic Management Plan, which is available for viewing on request.
