Please find following the latest construction progress update for The Prescott by Mosaic at 28 Lissner Street, Toowong, including any works that might impact you. I hope this finds you well.
With scaffold removal nearing completion, Mosaic Construction is scheduled to remove the tower crane towards the end of this month, weather permitting.
These works will require a full road closure to Lissner Street, directly in front of our site. We will provide further updates on specific dates as soon as they are confirmed.
Meanwhile, final concreting works on the footpath and ground floor landscaping will continue throughout this month.
Intermittent partial lane closures on Lissner Street will also continue throughout March, as approved by Brisbane City Council under our current permits, which are available for viewing upon request.

Traffic control measures will remain in place to manage truck movements in accordance with our approved Traffic Management Plan. Pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists will be safely guided around the work area, with access to residential properties maintained at all times.
All work will stay within site hours, which are 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Cyclone Alfred Preparation
At the time of sending this update, Cyclone Alfred poses a potential landfall risk in South East Queensland this week, bringing the possibility of extreme weather conditions across the region.
We are taking proactive measures to reinforce critical structures, secure materials, and enact comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of our team, our works, and the surrounding community.
We will continue closely assessing conditions and responding as needed to mitigate risks.
