Dear Valued Stakeholder,
I hope this finds you well.
Please find below the latest construction progress update for Lily by Mosaic at 4 Rosewood Ave.
As we progress with forming Lily’s uppermost levels, we are set to raise Lily’s tower crane this month, weather permitting. This operation will be carried out in line with our approved Traffic Management Plan, which is available for viewing upon request.
Truck movements to and from the site will continue throughout March, again in line with the approved Traffic Management Plan.
Traffic control measures will remain in place during site hours, which remain 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Cyclone Alfred Preparation
At the time of sending this update, Cyclone Alfred poses a potential landfall risk in South East Queensland this week, bringing the possibility of extreme weather conditions across the region.
We are taking proactive measures to reinforce critical structures, secure materials, and enact comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of our team, our works, and the surrounding community.
We will continue closely assessing conditions and responding as needed to mitigate risks.
We thank you for your ongoing patience. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.
If you are a Body Corporate or Building Manager in Rosewood Avenue, Broadbeach area, we kindly ask that you please pass this information on to your building's occupants.
